WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio (AFNS)(STL.News) The Air Force Materiel Command expanded on the success of the Lead Wing Collaboration program set with Air Combat Command in January with a new agreement with the Air Force Global Strike Command.
