San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) Over the last two days, Officers with the San Angelo Police Department’s Anti-Crime Unit and Gang Unit have arrested the following suspects pursuant to an ongoing investigation into criminal activity associated with a residence located in the 2000 block of Colorado Street in San Angelo, Texas. San Angelo Police Investigating Shooting in North San Angelo Neighborhood

San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) August 26, 2020 — Just after 1:30 a.m., San Angelo Public Safety Communications received multiple calls concerning reports of “shots fired” near the 2400 block of North Lillie Street. Shortly after, San Angelo Police were dispatched to Shannon Medical Center for the report of a 20-year-old male shooting victim. Subsequent to the preliminary field investigation, detectives learned that the victim had been shot during an altercation between two unknown male suspects while in the parking lot of the Nueva Vista Apartments located at 2401 North Lillie Street and that the incident was not a random act of violence. San Angelo Police Apprehended Aggravated Robbery Trio Member Matthew Clark

San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) This afternoon, members of the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division, Anti-Crime Unit, and Patrol Division successfully executed an Arrest Warrant for 45-year-old Matthew Clark — the remaining suspect sought in connection to the Aggravated Robbery of a San Angelo couple inside a residence on East 19th Street on August 4, 2020. Clark had barricaded himself in a locked structure behind a residence located in the 600 block of North Archer. San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) August 10, 2020 — Just before 1:00 a.m. this morning, San Angelo Police were dispatched to a residence in the 2200 block of Dartmouth Street for the report of animal cruelty. During the preliminary field-investigation, police learned a dog was allegedly poisoned at a nearby residence.  Police attempted to make contact with the resident(s) at the location of incident but no one responded. Due to the nature of this allegation, this incident was immediately assigned to a detective for investigation. Det. K. San Angelo Police Arrested Seth Allbright for Robbery

San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) One of the suspects involved in the August 4, 2020, Aggravated Robbery of a San Angelo couple inside a residence on East 19th Street, 32-year-old Seth Allbright, was arrested earlier today following a vehicle and foot pursuit in northeast San Angelo. A San Angelo Police Department Patrol Officer observed Allbright operating a blue-colored SUV and attempted to conduct a traffic stop near the Stripes at La Follette and Bell; however, Allbright bailed from the vehicle and fled the area. During a search of the vehicle, Officers located Allbright’s wallet, a double-barrel shotgun, and debit and credit cards belonging to various persons. San Angelo Police Charged Elizabeth & Cecilia for Burglary on East Harris Avenue

San Angelo, Texas (STL.News)  At approximately 11:50 p.m. on August 5, 2020, San Angelo Police were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of East Harris Avenue for the report of a prowler attempting to gain entry. When officers arrived, they discovered a 26-year-old female victim had been assaulted by three suspects who had forced their way inside the residence. It was also learned that the victim knew the two female suspects and that she fought them off with a knife, possibly injuring one. Through follow-up investigation, 38-year-old Elizabeth Guerrero and 17-year-old Cecilia Guerrero were developed as the two female suspects. San Angelo Police charged Nathan Gonzalez with Manslaughter of Carlos Galvan

San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) Police and Fire were dispatched on 8/1/2020 at 1420 hours to 212 Koberlin St for a report of a shooting victim.  Upon arrival, the victim, identified as Carlos Galvan (11/17/2001), was found to have a gunshot wound to the torso and was transported by medics to Shannon Hospital where he was pronounced deceased shortly after. The subject who called in the incident, identified as Nathan Gonzalez (03/28/2000), claimed witnessing a suspect fleeing the scene prior to Police arrival.  SAPD Detectives responded and took over the investigation. San Angelo, Texas (STL.News)  July 26, 2020 — Just before 5:00 a.m., San Angelo Police were dispatched to San Angelo Community Medical Center for the report of a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim, a 15-year-old female, had been shot in the lower extremity by a male acquaintance and that the incident occurred near the Ben Ficklin Reservoir. The victim was eventually flown to a Lubbock area hospital for treatment and is reported to be in stable condition. San Angelo, Texas (STL.News) Just after 4:15 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020, San Angelo Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of North Bryant Boulevard for the report of a major motor vehicle crash. While en route, officers received additional information that the vehicle involved in the crash had just been stolen from a nearby Stripes convenience store and that the suspect was attempting to flee on foot. When officers arrived, they observed the stolen vehicle on top of a fire hydrant and large puddle of water as well as several citizens that appeared to be detaining the suspect. Investigators with the San Angelo Police Department’s Traffic Unit were searching for a hit and run driver that injured two motorcyclists just after 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at the intersection of West Avenue L and South Bryant Boulevard.
