The Federal Reserve Board of Governors, also commonly referred to as the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, provides oversight of the Federal Reserve Banks and assists in implementing the United States’ monetary policy.  Governors are appointed by the President but confirmed by the US Senate.  It is headquartered in Washington, DC.
