Swedish govt given powers to impose COVID restrictions

(STL.News) The Swedish government has passed a bill that gives them temporary shutdown powers.  The bill will allow Swedish government to shutdown shopping centers and public transports.  It will also allow them to fine people who break social distancing rules.
