On June 6, 2024, St. Louis Restaurant Review announced that co-owner and manager Seangchanh Inthichak will publish a book about her childhood, which included growing up in refugee camps during the Vietnam War. She was born in Laos during the initial stages of the US bombing of the country. Her story is tear-jerking, at minimum. Her family was bounced around several refugee camps between Thailand and China. She arrived in the US when she was 16 years old. Kara Savio is co-authoring her story. They expect the book to be released in 2025.
