Colorado: FileInvite To Establish Its US Headquarters in CO

DENVER, CO (STL.News) FileInvite, a New Zealand software as a service (SaaS) technology company, has announced Colorado as the site of their US Headquarters, bringing more than 140 new jobs with them to the state.

“In addition to 140 good-paying new jobs to Colorado, FileInvite brings a spotlight of global awareness to Colorado’s technology sector,” said Governor Jared Polis.  “We are the best location for companies from across the world seeking to invest and grow in the US market and we welcome Fileinvite to our great state.”

With nearly half of FileInvite’s current customers located within the United States and its projected domestic growth, FileInvite identified a U.S. Headquarters as a key part of its continued company growth.  In addition to Colorado, FileInvite considered U.S. headquarters locations in Utah, Texas and Illinois.

FileInvite helps businesses improve customer experience and increase productivity by simplifying the process of collecting documents and sharing information with customers.  The platform provides an intuitive customer portal and automated workflows enable users to digitally complete, sign and upload documents, send communications, and keep track of data requests.  For organizations and teams, including financial services, legal, academic enrollment and human resources, FileInvite increases operational speed and capacity, and reduces friction in the customer experience.

“FileInvite is a welcomed addition to our technology and information portfolio of businesses,” said Pat Meyers, Executive Director of OEDIT. “They demonstrate Colorado is a competitive location for foreign companies seeking to invest and grow in the US market while increasing employment in the key sector of technology.  FileInvite also represents another New Zealand company, one of the countries from which Colorado has targeted increased Foreign Direct Investment, setting up shop in Colorado.”

“Our rapid growth demonstrates the need in the market for simple, yet impactful document collection solutions like FileInvite,” said James Sampson, CEO and founder of FileInvite.  “We are looking forward to being a part of the Denver tech community and tapping into the high caliber talent in the area.”
