Bayon Bistro is a unique family-owned Asian restaurant offering Cambodian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines. It is owned and managed by a husband-and-wife team dedicated to quality cuisine, friendly service, and food presentation.
The food is terrific, but the atmosphere is upscale. It creates a clean and cozy environment to enjoy their unique Asian cuisines, backed by high online ratings based on customers publishing their online reviews.
The owner is the chef, Dara. He has worked for some of the largest hotel and restaurant chains, from California to Boston, MA, learning his culinary skills from various credible chefs.
He has opened eight restaurants and sold them to employees, family, or friends before moving on to his next concept, making his mark in the restaurant industry. He has also served as a consultant to other restaurants and their owners, teaching him restaurant management skills.
It is one of our new favorite Asian restaurants, especially in the O’Fallon, MO, neighborhood.
